Hi, I’m Sarah — the founder of SNR Medaka USA.

I didn’t plan to start a medaka business at first. I simply fell in love with these little fish — completely. What began as a personal fascination quickly turned into a full-on passion, and before I knew it, medaka had become a major part of my life.

I started SNR Medaka USA because I wanted to share this love with others. My goal is to bring a wide variety of rare, healthy, and high-quality medaka to the U.S. market — fish that reflect the amazing diversity and brilliance of this species.

Every fish I offer is carefully selected, with a strong emphasis on health, quality, and lineage. I work closely with respected Japanese creators (作出者) and quarantine each import to ensure a safe and smooth transition before it ever reaches your home.

SNR Medaka USA is not a large-scale operation — it’s a small, family-supported project born out of love for these incredible fish. I believe in ethical breeding, proper care, and sharing the joy of medaka with others who truly appreciate them.
