🐟 Requirements

To qualify for wholesale with SNRMEDAKA USA, you must meet the following conditions:

  • 📍 U.S.-Based Businesses Only (for now)
    At this time, wholesale is only available to businesses located within the United States.
    (Hawaii requires additional live animal import permits.)
    We are currently reviewing options to expand to select international markets in the near future.
  • 📄 Valid Business Permit Required
    All applicants must provide proof of an active business license or resale certificate.
  • 📦 Minimum Order Quantities Apply
    Each product category may have its own minimum quantity requirement to qualify for wholesale pricing.
  • 📦 No Returns on Live Animals or Perishable Goods
    Due to the nature of our products, all sales of live fish and related supplies are final.
  • 📝 Agreement to All Terms Required
    All partners must agree to our wholesale policies. A full Terms & Conditions page will be shared upon approval.

Becoming a wholesale partner with SNRMEDAKA USA is simple and transparent.
Here’s how it works:

1. Submit Inquiry Form
Start by filling out our wholesale inquiry form with your business information and product interests.

2. Send Business Permit
You’ll be asked to provide a copy of your valid business license or resale certificate.

3. Internal Review & Approval
We’ll review your submission and verify your eligibility. Once approved, we’ll send you product availability and pricing information.

4. Place Your Order
After confirmation, you may select from the available strains and products based on our current stock and minimum order requirements. A non-refundable deposit is required to begin the order process.
Note: Delivery timelines may vary depending on the type of product (e.g., imported medaka, domestic stock, or accessories).
