Light & Cheerful Flakes That Medaka Love
“Ukiuki” (ウキウキ) means “cheerfully floating” in Japanese—and that’s exactly what these flakes do! Designed for medaka of all sizes, this feed floats beautifully on the surface, encouraging natural feeding behavior while enhancing color and keeping water clean.

💡 Key Benefits:

  • Naturally Floating Flakes
Light flakes stay on the surface longer and sink slowly, giving medaka plenty of time to feed with minimal waste.

  • Ukiuki = Cheerfully Floating
Named after the Japanese word for joy and buoyancy, this formula supports happy, healthy medaka feeding.

  • Color-Enhancing Carotenoids
Naturally boosts body coloration with no added dyes.

  • Flake Size for All Ages
Fine flakes are easy for both small and large medaka to eat and digest.

  • No Artificial Coloring
Clean formulation—won’t stain water or tank surfaces.

Feeding Instructions:
Feed several times a day. Offer only the amount medaka can eat while the flakes are still floating (within a few minutes). Adjust based on season, water temperature, and fish activity. Avoid overfeeding to protect water quality.

Fish gobbled up the food, didn't have a chance to hit the bottom, too soon to give a long-term review, but my fish have been a bit picky and rejected a few other offerings, very happy they like this one!
