Fish were shipped well and the styrofoam insulation was nice to ensure secure travels.
The fish came healthy and were surprisingly calm immedietly after being removed from the box. A bit more stryrofoam insulation surrounding the fish rather than just a single sheet of styrofoam on the top face of the box would have been reassuring in the winter, but they arrived at an acceptable temperature. Seller is reasonable and communicated quickly with me to send the fish in the safest way possible.
